yoga on the labyrinth

Just spent the evening at a peaceful yoga class on the labyrinth in Grace Cathedral in SF. And I can’t even find the words to communicate how beautiful the music was with Kendra Faye’s chanting and the sounds of her harp. Talk about a yoga high! It is such a beautiful thing to experience – women and men of all ages, religions, sexualities, beliefs all breathing and moving together with acceptance and love for the practice, each other and our earth.  The world needs more yoga.

Yoga on the Labyrinth is a donation based gentle Hatha yoga class at Grace Cathedral every Tuesday evening at 6:15pm.  For the schedule and more information, you can visit their site here. Donations support Grace Cathedral, the teacher and the musicians and make this weekly event possible – even for those who might not always have the financial means to pay the usual $15 or $20 per class going rate here in SF.
