Last year I did the Clean Program cleanse and as difficult as it was at times, I felt so good! So, I made a commitment to myself to repeat the cleanse every year. Well, it’s that time again! I’m a couple of days in and just as I remember, it’s taking some time to adjust but I’m staying focused.
What I like about this cleanse is that you can actually eat real food! No strange juices or lemonade blends! Instead, you follow the elimination diet. It’s strict and there’s a lot of “excludes” but look at what you can eat!
I’ll post some of my favorite recipes along the way, just like my easy de-tox butternut squash soup. But if there’s any good ones out there, please do share!
