stress be gone

How do you cope with stress?  I mean let’s face it, in our fast paced, always connected world, it’s hard not to get overwhelmed sometimes.  I’ve certainly been feeling it lately… so much so that I’ve been able to find every excuse not to go to the mat.  And the funny thing is – all I need is a little time on my mat!  A little (and a lot of) yoga goes a long way.  It is my fool proof, stress be gone magic trick that always works like a charm.  So today I say to you – do yoga. And when you can’t do yoga, try one of these 50 other ways to settle your stress.
