My yoga journey began while searching for stillness in college. I was a regular runner, a conscientious student and I spent endless time enjoying life with my friends. Yoga quickly became a means to slowing down what felt like my very fast-paced life. 7 years later, my yoga practice continues. Every day I come to the mat to find balance in my physical, mental and spiritual body.
In 2010, I became certified to teach yoga through the It’s Yoga School of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. My dream is to share what I love with my friends, family, students and community. I want to spread the benefits of yoga-peace, love, gratitude and happiness-and help make this world a little bit brighter.
I currently live in the redwoods of Mill Valley, California with my one true love and our dog, Ranger.
